Convenient location to explore Las Vegas. Relatively easy to access with car (with help from GPS!)

Newly re-modeled, the hotel looks brand new. Excellent location, directly across the freeway from Excalibur. Super easy access. Nice pool. Nice lobby and rooms. Comfortable beds with 3 pillows each. Flat screen tv, all hd channels. High speed Internet access. Plenty of parking, shuttle bus to the Vegas Strip. Good breakfast (bacon, eggs, waffles, cereals, coffee, tea, 4 types of juice, milk, bagels, muffins, fruit, hard boiled eggs ...). Morning paper, super friendly and helpful staff. Chevron gas station and mini-mart next door, In & Out Burger across the street. Plenty of stores and restaurants up the street. Two blocks north, then across the freeway overpass and you're inside City Center ....

Room had an energy saver air conditioner, which just didn't do the job. Room was uncomfortably warm all night, and it was 39 degrees outside. Would have gladly paid extra for a real air conditioner. If it wasn't for the air con, I would have given them a 10.

Location was awsome,it was very clean and sercice was good I would stay here again going to recommend to freinds and family.

What we liked: Room was large, nice and clean, bed was huge and comfy, pool and hot tub was nice and clean, staff was nice.

What we didn´t like: We were very disappointed and angry with shuttle service to the Strip. We chose this hotel because of free shuttle service as it is out of the Strip, but it was absolutely useless. During 4 days we tried to use this service 6 times - 2x nobody answered our calls so after 15 minutes of trying we gave up and went by foot although it can be quite dangerous to cross the highway, especially in the night. 3X shuttle bus came, but with delay (once about 35 minutes) and just 1x shuttle was in time. Drivers are very nice guys, but this is really bad service, I wouldn´t chose this hotel again because of this issue, for the same money you can find hotel in the middle of Strip.

The day I was checking out it was around 1138am. I went donstairs and my friend was going back upstais to and from the car to put our belongings. Well when he went upstairs as I was still checkingout our 12 pack og beer was gone!!!!!!! We didnt leave the room five minutes and your staff came and retrieved it.I Understand that your housekeeping is supposed to take any alchoholic beverage downstairs but it wasnt even 12 pm yet!! Spoke to your housekeeping supervisor and he explained that part to me and he then retrieved it for me..it was just to quick and I felt like it all seemed shady. So I am displeased with that part very much. I know it was a just a 12 pack of beer but the fact that we wrtent even given the chance to retrieve all our stuff before someone went in there and not even started cleaning...left a bad taste in mouth alltogether..

Our sheets were stained but the staff changed it & we spoke to the manager and they gave us a freebie, regardless I will stay there again. I think it was an oopsie and not just overlooked!

Only pro was that it was right off the freeway and near the strip.

Cons: hookers everywhere once night time hit, dirty pillows, filthy shower with disgusting blood type looking stains on the wall, breakfast was disgusting military type, jacuzzi wasn't working, pool area closes by 10pm sharp.

Front desk service somewhat slow

The toilet wasn't flashed and there was lots of dirty "stuff" in it when we checked into the room. Water was leaking in the bath tub too. I have never seen such bad condition in a hotel room. Don't stay here.
